Since past few days I am facing the ''FCW/AEB System" failure warning.
Service center is unable to rectify.
Has anyone faced the same in their Safari?

Please do post an update here itself, if this got sorted. So that any other member facing the same can also benefit from the information. Thank you.

Issue resolved today at the second service.
It was a loose coupler wiring of the radar system.
TATA needs to train their service center staff better for handling these complicated electronic systems.

Yesterday we had a shocker on my Sister's Safari (Top Automatic Variant) where the car simply went into Neutral on its own and then Electronic Parking brake gets auto applied in the middle of the road (cant put the car back into neutral). They had to drag the car with the help of a few people onto the side , TATA RSA was called who put the car back into neutral and took the car to Tata Showroom in Noida Sector 63 at around 11 PM in the night.

Will update once the car is back.

Hi there
Back again after a long time to let everyone know a major update about our Safari Accomplished +
The long awaited LKA feature seems to be enabled in a safari that got delivered 2 days ago in Noida.
These are the information the owner shared in GC. From what I know, an official release is yet to be done for others to get the update.

Package details which was pre-installed in his newly delivered car:

Lane Keep Assist Feature

What happens when you press the button:

icon change when we press the LKA button on steering wheel:

Video of it being used on road showing that it's working

So therefore it's only a matter of time until everyone gets to experience this first hand! Cheers!

These guys build cars that drive amazingly well. But they also find creative ways to test customer's patience.

I guess it's official. Better late than never. Have attached the updated ADAS brochure. Getting my first service done next week, I hope it goes without any hiccups.
Also, this is my first post and I want to thank fellow owners for sharing their insights, it helped me take a good decision.
Took the delivery last month and it's been a smooth sailing since then. Didn't face any technical issues, do have some cosmetic issues, like cracks appearing on the led trim below the dash.
Happy Diwali, everyone.

Welcome onboard clap:

This is news on the LKA, hopefully Harrier should get this update soon. Thanks for sharing.

This is really bad, please update if the issue is resolved and what was the rectification.

I hope it was nothing major and the issue was resolved swiftly by Sagar Motors, Sec 63. If you can also share some feedback about Sagar Motors ASS, that would be great help.

The outside wheel alignment center said the issue was with Camber. But TASS didn't agree, and the issue is still unresolved.
Made peace with this issue and have adapted my driving style accordingly.
Due to this when driving for long hours, I have to keep on adjusting and I'm getting pains in my arms sometimes.

This seems to be a very false statement.

I have also been facing this issue since the day i bought the car. I have already got it checked at Tata service center and also 3rd party. still finding it difficult to keep car straight on highway, and end up with pain in arms after long journeys on straight highways

Has anyone found a solution yet?

also, I see that Lane keep assist is being rolled out. Will this issue be a problem with that feature? Given that the car will keep on drifting towards one side, and LKA will try to pull back. it will save my arms, but will it not cause the car to act like a pendulum on the highway?

Another question, Doesn't the safari have on the site update? will I have to always visit service center for updates? I thought the sales woman told me that my model has OTA when purchasing the car

The problem is still persistent for me even at ~70kms/hr speed, when I made a recent airport drive. My arms were paining even for that short drive.

Still unable to figure out how to resolve this issue.
I'm thinking of going into another TASS to get this rectified, but considering all the TASSs are the same, I'm still skeptical.

People in Hyderabad, please suggest any good TASS who can listen to a customer and resolve the issue.

Well the car is back at my Sister's house on Diwali Day but no major work has been carried out at the work shop due to Diwali Holidays . The issue still persists and it will be going back to Sagar Motors on Friday to get the epb module replaced .

We did a PDI of facelifted Safari (Aug'24 manufactured) today and rejected it. It had lots of suspicious things - paint quality issue, panel gaps, dirty interior, signs of paint overspay at multiple locations, clear signs of damage and repair etc. Dealer - Key Motors, Bannerghatta Road

This is really sad and disappointing. Such vehicle passing the QC at Tata motors surely raises a lot of eyebrows. Don't rule out foul play from the dealer side. I suggest you raise the issue at customercare@tatamotors.com. I have had a good experience by writing to them. Hopefully you should get a quick and satisfactory resolution from Tata/Dealer

That's sad to know. Is the VIN number of this vehicle same as that you approved during the yard visit? What was the dealer's reaction to the faults identified?
