All the video reviews that i have seen including Zigwheels and C&B show, have said that the Punto has loads of space inside! How's it that everyone here is saying that rear is cramped?

General rule for European cars : Diesel. More robust, lesser issues, superior resale, wayyyyyy better fuel efficiency. Neither of the engines are stonkers (performance wise). If you have to cruise anyways, why not do so with diesel FE + torque? Your running isn't that high either. Tell you what : Take a spin in both and choose whatever your heart tells you to.

I have a wicked idea for you : Vivekji05 and I were talking of how a black look would take the Punto's looks to an altogether different level. How about painting the wheels + radiator grille a matt black? Would look killer on a red or black car, both.

GTO, You the man

That is some wicked idea that got in my mind too and that's why i wanted to know about the paint job. I didint think of the radiator grille tho but it looks amazing in my mind.

Anyways, i have send some pictures to one of my photoshop expert friend and asked him to it on pictures for me? meanwhile any other photoshop experts in here?

I am goanna take a ride on both diesel and petrol and which ever gives me a more adrenaline rush i would go with that. makes my life easier

For the 'nth time, the rear is not what you'd call cramped. But neither is it befitting of a large hatch

Now, imagine that same car with matte black alloy wheels + dark tints!

the rear room is definetly less if you compare with even the GETZ i would say. but then, each buyer needs to decide how much rear space is required for his use.

The Black grill would definitely look way better than the silver one. I got the grill of my Linea Emotion painted to metallic black. The front end of the car just stands out now.

The black grill looks great in the white background but may not look as good in the other colours.

This emotion is uncannily similar to the tag line that they have used in their TVC starring Yuvraj Singh ["dil ki suno"] - saw it when it was unveiled on the occasion of the Punto launch at Taj Lands End, Mumbai yesterday.

GTO, do you have ESP? :-)

Cheers,
Vikram

I see this Chevy SRV near to HSR BDA most of hte times, it looks bloody hautt and i would never stop staring at it. it is a black car with dark tints, smoked tail lamps and black alloys. That is when i got the idea of making a black punto to look hautter infront of it in similar way
