For the power, will chip this engine.
A Mercedes fan going for the 5, now that's saying something Scooby! I think the 5 will suit your garage well. Do update us with an ownership report once she is in.

Agreed. A white F10 is sheer class.

No wonder BMW did not take long to overtake Merc in terms of sales in this country ! Good going by BMW overall. They learnt quickly , how the game is played here

Have seen tons of f10s in the last few days and apart from perhaps white ( havnt seen all colours on offer ) i wish the f10 had a bit more presence. Like the looks overall but the styling is too subtle to be really noticed or to turn heads when the corona rings are OFF. Just my opinion
the white f10 looks best, as in with most bmws. The more I see the f10 on the roads, the more it goes unnoticed! The e60 gave off a sense of envy and feeling of 'I want one!!' every time you saw one, which is precisely what made me get one, I was smitten.
Although the white corono's are super! My car goes in for service on Monday, gonna try and get them to change my corono bulbs to white!

I think the Taj Lands End have bought a fleet of F10. Keep seeing black ones at reclaimation and at Bandstand and they are usually around 3 or 4 together. I agree with Sahil. Though the looks do grow on you with time, the F10 doesnt stand out in a crowd.

+1 to the comment about the white colour though.

A couple of weeks back, I'd seen a white F10 with awesome rims. Saw the car again today and remembered I haven't posted. So here goes.

Sahil, the white Corona Rings on the F10 are because it's an entire ring of tiny LEDs which make them so bright and prominent. Nice answer by BMW to the Audi LEDs. I don't know how effective it will be to change the bulb to another colour, but what stops you from trying? My car's due for service in 2-3 weeks (service requirement showing on the MID, says service due after 1800 km) so if you get it done and it looks good, maybe I will too

A white F10 is sheer beauty & class. Looks gorgeous. But again, the E W212 is growing up on me too. White E looks just as awesome. IMO, F10 is VERY similar in design to the new 3 & 7.
And yeah, those wheels posted here are AWE-SOME!

i wouldn't really be surprised if some have already passed you in the last few days and you havnt noticed it. Trust me, in moderate or heavy traffic its not a stand out atall.
Again, a white F10 with the coronas at full glow, THAT would have been hard to miss

That's not true man. They aren't leds. They are just different bulbs which emit white light. Here are some pics of my e60 and m3 with white rings

I think he is right, the E60 has one bulb which lights up the full corona ring, but in the F10 there are a couple of LEDs.

Are you sure? I was quite positive F10 had the same setup as the E60, except for the color of the bulb. Or it could even be lit by LED bulbs, but from the back. Not along the rings. Same with 5 GT and 2010 3 series coupe. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Flyingspur & Akshay,

These look like HRE P40s if I'm not wrong. Lovely wheels and go very well with most BMWs. Could you try and get a few more pictures of the 5er, flyingspur?

Next time I chance upon it, I'll try clicking a few. I don't know the location of this one.

And alright then, my bad, if it's a single while bulb that has to be put, then these are the first and probably only thing I want to change on my car ASAP! Thanks for the info, the_stranger. Sahil, please go ahead and attempt
