I think the owners removed the horn ring and had the 2nd piece welded on, but you're right there should be some space for it to go around....

The piece I'm looking for is highlighted - please look for it in Coimby as this is the only piece I am missing right now.

Let me congratulate you first bro. I'm sure you're going to take very good care of it (do I have to say this?).

Regarding the colour,
I also vote for the retro green. Something similar to the shade of that Plymouth (remember?).
Thanks a lot zak!
The general vote seems to be green, so am almost finalized on it.
Also, which plymouth are u referring to??

How about a colour close to this?? Same effect, but a shade greener?

That Plymouth which was parked at my relative's house. Babu the Chemmeen!

I think the colour you've posted is fine. Do you have to make it more green? You mean darker?

Too light, Jay - the car will look gay.

How about trying the green on the Standard 10's cream&green dual tone OE paint?

Hi JayD- I suggest the shade of grey which is found on Mark 4 models. It makes a subtle statement and looks regal. The period look won't be lost as well.

Hi Jay, I have the same suggestion as Star is here. It definitely looks regal, even if there is a layer of dust on it you can not make it out easily like in black and other colors.

The colour is a lil too grey to my liking, i just want a tinge more green in it.

The belvedre was sold quite some time back right?? Wasn't fortunate enough to see it.

Was initially looking at this colour, but it seems a lil too bland, hence shifted to green, i think this is the colour you are referring to??

Thankfully, the body and floor of my car is in good condition. The only bit of real patchwork needed was in the rear left fender, which has been completed.

Jaya, these pics were posted by Cyrus on another thread. There was a Landmaster here in our city with the same colour combo and it looked neat.

egangsta: nice color combo though the only thing about this combo is, at night the car could be mistaken for a taxi. I may be totally wrong but just my opinion.
