Fiat took its time to call me to set up a TD for this Saturday and no sign after that.

Also VW just told me that the 2015 Jetta is launching tomorrow.
Hi Nimz, I did indeed have a test drive, please find my test drive experience and other concerns on this thread:

Yeah, I noticed they have phased out the outgoing Jetta from their website. You have relocated to Bangalore? From where? Which car are looking at in the Ford stable? Have you test driven the Linea already?

2015 Jetta is indeed launching today in one of the most prestigious venues in Pune.

Hi Nimz. Looks like my journey may have a milestone tomorrow morning, am driving in to the dealership to place a booking for a Candy White Jetta TDI DSG highline.

The SA tells me there is a good chance of the excise duty reduction being reinstated in the budget to be announced on the 28th Feb, he said they will pass on any benefits from it at the time of final invoicing. Lets see.

Good luck with the Fiesta, its one of the best handling cars in the segment, although a bit short on rear space. My 2 cents.

Wishing you all the best

I will also wait for the budget to see what happens. And yes I would love a car that handles well with good steering as I'd be doing a lot of highway drives. Space is not a concern for me as only the front seats would be occupied 90% of the time. Back seats would be mainly for bags
