Yes you can

(I also suggest you go to the TBHP App's settings and increase the font size since you're using it on a tablet)

Frankly, Forum Runner can't hold a candle to Tap-A-Talk 2. Admins, please reconsider.

On an average every android users have 15-25 personal application in addition to the vendor provided apps. Adding one more app for Team-Bhp is one disadvantage. I am an active member in 2 forums switching between apps are inconvenience. If you could support Tap-talk it would be much easier to switch between forums than apps.

Please consider tap-talk support

Sirs
Is there a way to block images while using yhe mobile app? Like in opera mini and other browsers we can select not to load images. So is it possible to do the same in the app?
It would save a lot of bandwidth for the users who are running 3g plans, if we can choose whatever images we want to view after reading a post.

Please do give it a consideration.

Thanks.

+ 1 to the tapatalk suggestion.

The current app is quite useless over 2G data. Here is why. Like a website, it refreshes everytime u see a link n come back to list of subscribed threads. Over 2G that slows down the app so much, I hardly used it on the move unless compelled. Tapatalk doesn't auto refresh atleast on my handset.

It should have an option to auto update the list of subscriptions or not.

+1 from me as well. There's no native app for my phone's platform (webOS) and enabling TapaTalk support would help me use other apps.

Yes. I checked on Micromax ICS tablet and it worked fine. I just did some basic browsing of the site and it was good. i could not find any issues. I spent about 15 mins with it.

There's a forum called RTIIndia.org. Until today, they only had Forum Runner integration. I wrote to them at 2 pm requesting tapatalk integration. At 8 pm, I get an email from them asking me to try out the tapatalk integration! Now that's what I call quick decision making, responsiveness to members...

Frankly, if they could do it in a few hours, it cannot be that big a deal or anything difficult. If Team-BHP has any sort of exclusivity deal with Forum Runner, us members would appreciate if the admins are forthright about it. Else, stop beating about the bush and implement tapatalk integration.

Re: Team-BHP App for your Android Phone & Tablet

Rehaan , By RSS feeds into the app i meant a section where i can read the rss feeds as they are fed to my mobile .

The 'currents' section in the app is really good but as I was habituated to rss feeds I missed the rss feature.

I am using t-bhp on mobile since around two years now. Before the t-bhp app I used opera mini browser rss feeds to get the latest stories. From the link in rss feeds i used to open the posts in new tabs. When I got android phone I installed a rss reader app eg. taptu. Taptu gives me a visual maze of the rss feeds.

I now see the favorites are grouped as per the section. Is this new feature ?
Thank you, pretty thoughtful.

Sir is it possible to have an all black and red theme on the mobile app too? Ive been observing for quite a few days, that my battery consumption is quite a lot when using the app or any webpage with white background. I request kindly if it is possible to have an inverse theme as opposed to the current one so that users with SuperAmoled screens can utilise that and save more battery. For normal lcd screens users can opt for the current one. Im providing an attachment with my battery usage.

Re: Team-BHP App for your Android Phone & Tablet

When I installed the app (after flashing my phone with ICS), it went in as anonymous guest as expected. But when I logged in, it still remained as guest. I had to restart the T-Bhp application for it to show my name. My mobile is the Galaxy S2 running on 4.0.3.

I dont know if this bug is documented yet.

+1 to this. If possible, please give us the all black and red theme.

I also used to face the same problem, but after I reinstalled the app (after upgrading to ICS), the error message stopped.

Re: Suggestions for Team-BHP from Team-BHPians

Hello,
I am facing a problem in posting images directly from my cellphone. I have the Team-Bhp Android App installed on my cellphone which works fine for normal posting.

But whenever I upload any picture taken by my phone, it always gets uploaded inverted. I tried to juggle with the settings in my phone, but did not arrive at any measure.

One of my posts received a Team-Bhp Support note, while the another was deleted. I couldn't preview my posts via cellphone. I knew that the post would be edited as soon as I saw them on the forum.
Should the images uploaded be available for editing as well?
The edit option would have saved moderation.

Or, do I need to configure cellphone settings itself?

Cheers!
