I'm running tapatalk as well. It is great on its own. Would love have to have more functionalities to our app like the thank you feature. By the way did you sign up using the app or the website?

By the way, I meant that I think Tapatalk integration is free. The android app is around $ 2.5.

is there a problem with the Team-BHP app? when i open it, it just shows that circling animation and doesn't log on to Team-BHP. i've checked my data connection and its working fine (emails, browsing etc.). this problem started last evening.

anyone else having this problem?

PS: tried switching to wifi, but still doesn't work.

Also the T-BHP app keeps popping though i have got it uploaded on my phone
any specific reason for the same.

Will be helpful if we can make pic upload a bit faster. By the way i wanted to upload a pic on the website but the reply came as exceding capacity. How do i reduce the size (pic from X10 mobile)

For the foreseeable future, we are only going to use this one mobile app. It makes things a lot easier for us.

- Reinstall the app

In Settings > Attachment Quality - you can choose the size of the image to be uploaded. Choose a smaller size (eg. 800). That should solve the issue.

If that's a policy decision then no problem. But if you're worried about being inundated with additional support requests because of Tapatalk integration then you can rest assured. Tapatalk handles all that stuff.

Well whenever you enter the T-BHP site it says app available for this android pl download when already i have downloaded and installed the app.

regarding attachment quality you are referring to the mobile setting or the website upload setting(sorry if it sounds stupid)

moved to a different cell tower (office) and app seems to be working. came back home and tried and it works!

That prompt cannot check whether you've downloaded the app or not.

What it does is prompts you to download the app just one time.

However, it uses cookies to remember that its already shown you that prompt. So it might show it to you again if you :
- Use another browser
- Clear your browsers cookies
- Use incognito mode
- etc

Its a setting in the Team-BHP Android App.

As soon as you start the app:
1) press the phone's menu key
2) select "settings"
3) select "attachment quality"
4) select "800"

I got to know about it when i was fiddling around the push notification option in the TBHP App. It asked me to register first, following which a web page opened.

If I had understood the instructions correctly, you need to purchase the full version of that android app to enable Push Notification.
