btw,is it possible to have multiple windows or tabs open,so that I can view many threads

The text in bold and italics just appear as normal text when viewed from the Team-BHP android app.

Please fix this issue.

Have been using this app on my Android phone for the past 8-10 days now & works like a charm. It is much more convenient to keep in touch with the topics of interest "on the go". Makes for much better utilisation of free time.

Capturing a picture and posting it with comments on the go would be a nice option to have

For example you spotted another BHPian or saw an incident you want to report, this feature would be very helpful.

Have made a note of this. It might be a bit too much on a phone, but might be really cool on a tablet interface!

Bold and italic formatting shows up on the iphone app, but not on the android app at the moment. Its on our lists.

Hey this feature exists

When replying, click "Attach" and then choose whether you want to take a picture using your camera, or choose one from your gallery.

It would be a lot better if you could also integrate the location field for every member's post in the Android app. Like the real interface on internet explorer, where we can see the location of the member along with the no. of posts, newbie/ bhpian/ senior, etc.

This I miss in the android app since one is at a disadvantage especially in the bhpian stickers thread, where posts made by members can be seen as per their locations.

I am a novice to Android and have a new phone for the past 3 days. Team-bhp works find, but I am not able to comment or find the multi-quote option.
I am able to select posts by pressing on each post and choosing the Select option (the other one is Report). But there is no menu button on my Defy. Assuming it is the left-most hardware button, I still do not get the multi-quote or comment options. All I get when I press on that button are 'Refresh page' and 'Open a new browser'.

Need help here, guys.

Well. I'll explain this time with screenshots.

Motorola Defy has four buttons in total. Menu, Home, Back and Search buttons respectively from left end to right.

1) This is how a thread appears on the Team-BHP app.



2) Clicking on the post will open a menu like this.



3) Click the 'select' option. The selected post appears in a light gray color.



4) Again, repeat the process so as to quote the next post.



5) Now, you need to press the 'Menu' button on your phone(In your case, you've to press the left most button). A menu with 4 options appear.



6) Click the 'Multi-Quote' option. Hurray! You're done.

It has a problem vs tapatalk. tapatalk shows the recent threads as all & participated.

the latter is extremely cool & shows updates to threads I have posted in. any chance of getting that on our app?

The threads that you post in, get added to your subscribed threads. You can just tap the subscribed icon and you will see the list.
Tapping on Current Icon will give the recent threads.
