Thanks VN, here is one more T1 Kombi in Coco Cola livery and a trailer.

For all those who didn't know this.
Coca-Cola is not only a symbol of celebration and entertainment, but it is also a symbol of social life. Coca-Cola represents how well you get along with the outside world and how good you are at connecting with the people.

The same goes for the VW T1 Bus which was a symbol of hippie culture, travel and socializing back in the 60s. One of the most popular ones to be turned into motor homes and also to travel across the world.
Today the scenario is the complete opposite. Lockdown and social distancing to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus.

Re: The Scale Model Thread

Got some decaling done today, converted a 2018 Canadian GP SF-71 into a 2018 US GP SF-71. The model is now representative of Kimi's last win in a Ferrari.

Basically added the mission winnow decals*

Comparisons pics, against an Australian GP SF-71. Chose the Canadian GP model to convert because of the structural changes (i.e., the mirrors). The mirrors in the US GP car are mounted from the halo (as opposed on the chassis in case of Aus GP car) (see last picture).

Re: The Scale Model Thread

Here comes the second set of Pictures. This is yet another of my favorite 1:18, 1945 Willys MB with all the accessories. Excuse the Dust and Dirt on the surface as i keep this model uncovered in my Hall display. Plus i ignore to clean it as it gives the jeep a very rustic and characteristic look

Re: The Scale Model Thread

I have many 1:12 scale motorcycle models which have great details. But these are 2 of my favorite Honda motorcycles and since i got them only as a 1:18 scale model, they go in to this list. Here they are, "Honda NR" (With its revolutionary oval piston engine and single sided rear swingarm) and the Legendary Honda Africa Twin 1000

Re: The Scale Model Thread

From the 1:18 scales i now go straight to the smallest scale models i own and one of my favorite the 1:76 scale Land Rover, the first ever LAND ROVER in 1949 bearing the iconic HUE 166 registration number of the Prototype vehicle which is now stored at the British motor museum. The level of detailing on this tiny model is quite breathtaking, the Headlights hidden behind the front grill, spare tyre mounted on the bonnet and that ultra realistic Canvas top. This is easily one of the best in my scale model collection. This model was gifted to me by a dear friend who had gone to attend the Land Rover Off Road Experience program in the UK.

The next car is this 1:72 scale Morgan super 8. Again, very fine detailing and i in particular love the 4 spoke "Bluemel" steering wheel which is a vintage era special. I also love the detailing for the leather strap on the 2 piece split bonnet and the spare tyre on the rear

For size comparison. these are really tiny models, smaller than a regular hotwheels model which are 1:64

Common bro.... don't be shy! Please do share more pics.

Also, who's the manufacturer of this model? Is this diecast or sealed body resin?

It was consigned by Pagani Automobili. They used to use Amalgam, as did many other exotic car manufacturers, but they have now switched to MR Collection, as have most other manufacturers.

On the even larger end of the spectrum, the 1:1 model is quite a bit nicer, as seen below.
