8. Creed - Higher, Arms wide open, My Sacrifice
9. GNR - Sweet child of mine, Knocking on Heaven's door, Paradise City

Guys your thoughts please ?
Great taste you've got there! I recommend you listen to this band called ZZ Top. They're fantastic to listen to when you're driving. Their songs are more often than not, related to cars and driving.

Chevrolet, Low Rider, Cheap Sunglasses and La Grange are some of the best ZZ Top Songs.

Do tune into Led Zepplin as well! Kashmir, When The Levee Breaks, Communication Breakdown are some fantastic numbers.

Also, if you're a fan of the BBC Top Gear TV Show, you'd recognize this song 'Grounds For Divorce' by Elbow. Amazing track!

Well, all the above tracks mentioned are worth a listen. I have them all on a playlist in mt itunes and I'd like to call it 'On The Road'

But as far as I can remember, the original Mustang Sally is by Eric Clapton. ZZ Top might have covered the track. Lovely song though!

Hello All

I forgot to put in one of my all time favourits.

Ventures - Instrumental Band from the 60s. Their number called the "Wipe Out" has one of the best drumming sequences I love.

Regards

Ram

I need some thumping club/trance music when I'm driving to keep in the mood. There are too many to list but some of these are my all time favorites:

Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes
Andy Duguid - Wasted
Tiesto - Insomnia
Late Night Alumni - Empty Streets (Haji & Emanuel Mix)
Taxi Doll - Waiting (Josh Harris Remix)

Funnily enough, I just had ONE song to keep me awake during a recent all night drive from the Canadian/American border at Niagara Falls to JFK - a remix of Yaara Sili Sili. Damn, trying to stay awake while listening to that song on repeat and trying to get to JFK before sunrise was some experience.

@shivnats

Hangar 18 is a terrific track!

One of my all time favorite songs while driving is "She Wolf" by Megadeth (not to be mistaken for hyper-vibra-hips Shakira's she wolf). Its got the perfect tempo and heavy speed riffs to complement your whizzing manouevering through mumbai's traffic clogged roads. Hell even the drumming syncs in perfectly with pothole bumps on the route that I take to work.
