TVM, Rookie in an IT firm
leave home ~8:30,
leaving office anytime between 5-10.
Distance ~22Km- time taken, ~ 25 mins to 1 hour.

Leave home: Around 11:30 am
Back home: by around 07:50 pm
Distance from Home to office: 28/29/30 Kms depending on the route taken
Time taken: 50 minutes to an Hour
Mode of transport: HH Passion Plus

Leave Home: 8:15 to 10
Leave Office: 5 to 7:30 (Depends on when I reach office/ work pressure)
Distance: 6 kms
Time Taken: 20 to 45 minutes

My office is in M.G Road. Traffic is more after 6:30 PM. Its always better to start early and leave early.

I work in the IT sector.
City - Hyderabad
Office timings : Mon to Fri - 9am to 6.45pm
My timings - No timing. Lol. I leave early at around 8.30am-8.45am to beat the rush hour traffic. However return time varies. Earliest I reach home is 8.15pm otherwise a more regular time is anytime after 9.30pm.

Distance from Home to office: 25 Kms depending on site or office
Time taken: 1.5 hours

my work starts even before I start for work, around 7.30.

be home by around 6.

dunno why americans love working early in the day

EDIT: depending on production problems, it continues even after I reach home, not often though.

Start at 7.30 in the morning and reach office at around 9.
In evening, start at 6 and reach home by 8.

hmmm... it's bell curve alright. i was expecting the avg would be 7pm. but looks like 8pm it is.. i am sure good infrastructure would help all of us to spend an hour more daily with our families. or maybe it is a demanding work culture these days.

ditto.... more work at home means my office needs me more.... i reach office by around 10:30 AM and am back usually at home by around 11-12 PM.

Departure: 9:30pm-10:00pm.
[PS: Protocol for having an office very near to airport ]

Time to commute: Completely based on blessings of VIPs and VVIPs and the most important - cabbies.
