I know this car guy. He own an auto accessories shop by name THROTTLE at Jaynagar. He uses this car as Demo (Polk audio)
That's y the car has THROTTLE as name.
But doesnt anyone catch him for not having a number on the plates ?

Right, isnt he ever caught by cops for roaming around without a reg'n number? Very strange

May be it is actually POWER BRICK.
Mess with it, and you will get bombed with power bricks!
May be it's only stopping power comes from power bricks that the co-driver will fling at its tyres to make them slow down and stop.
So better to stay away.
