My sincere appeal to all biker members here. Please, please always wear your helmets. Even if you are just running a short errand in your neighborhood. This is the second two wheeler related death in TBHP in less than three months, since I joined here. At 49 years of age, I am acutely aware many of the members here are less than half my age and the loss of such young lives saddens me immensely. I have been riding bikes for more than 25 years but never without a helmet, not even for a single day.

Ride hard by all means, but ride safe. May God bless you all. RIP Tacho.
I agree wholeheartedly
as an Avid biker i have had my share of crashes, and many times my head banged with road,I am writing this just cause of My AGV helmet.
a helmet on a bike is as necessary as your clothes, even if you are riding for 10 meters

You have my deepest sympathies on the death of your brother. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Team-BHP support/moderators please take up this matter with all your contacts in Mumbai. I too have lost friends to reckless drivers and know how painful it is.

The crazy car driver has nipped a young life in the bud. Feels very sad though I have never met or talked or remember seeing his posts. May his soul RIP and may God give your family members the strength to overcome this misery though the void left by Tarun in your house can never be filled.
I only hope that had the crazy accent driver stopped and helped your brother to hospital at that roght moment Tarun would have been with us.
By the by what is the condition of Tarun's friend.

Sorry to hear this news, very sad news indeed...

May Tarun's soul RIP!

Maharashtra TBHP folks keep a watch on the "white Accent", am sure he/she would not have given the vehicle for repairs at a authorised workshop, infact since that person might know the damage what he/she has done so there are chances that the car might not been given for repairs for sometime or might go out of mumbai and get it repaired else where... hope he/she is caught soon!

Very shocking news.

My sincere heartfelt condolences to you and your family, DueLLeR.

Pathetically sick behaviour on the part of the hit-and-run driver : hope he/she is traced soon and justice served.
