It pains me to see a W124 in this condition. These cars are so well built and even today are totally desirable. I hope this car gets rescued soon and returns to its former glory.

I sincerely hope it doesn't end up all dismantled in a scrapyard.

Sorry, I saw your reply a bit too late. But this car is in Bharati Niwas Colony. From Nal Stop, take the left turn (after Rajmal Lakhichand jewellers) in the income tax lane and then the third left turn. The car is standing there in the lane since many days.

I am not aware of the owner though.

Saw this Swift ZXI rotting away opposite Quest Mall in Park Circus. It has been lying there for about 3-4 months, outside an under-construction building. Someone seems to have moved it into the under-construction plot today. Could see it lying inside as I drove past this morning. The car is in much worse shape in reality than the picture suggests.

Folks! Saw this Blue Esteem and Golden Opel Corsa at Meriton Restaurant, Gajraula (UP) today. Both of them are in terrible condition. Don't know why are they not being looked after.

Folks! Saw these 2 cars today behind Punjab National Bank in Sector 27 Noida. A Blue Wagon R and a Green Maruti 1000/ Esteem, both are in terrible condition.

Where exactly is it located?
How far from NCR?
I just purchased one in same color,and hate to see this one rotting away like this.I wont mind salvaging alloys of this one;they used to cost 1.75L back in 1996.

Well the location is pretty simple, Take NH24 straight to Gajraula from Noida. It will not take more than 2 hours to reach the location. However, Please note, I am not aware of the vehicle's history of ownership.

Can associate with cielos. We had one GLX AT from 1999-2009 when I sold it for about 30k due to failure to find some critical parts. I was the envy of all in the early days and I guess you were pitied in the later years.

Saw a Rajdoot bike recently.

Also the first Gen Superb are scraped if something major goes wrong as it ends up costing too much more to maintain than to repair vs the value of the vehicle.

Ford escorts were scrapped first in the lot between cielos and Opel astras and if I may add the Peugeot 305.
