I drove Hyderabad-Bangalore-Coimbatore-Calicut-Trichur and back not once but twice this year. It's terribly boring to drive alone!

I drove solo approx 1500kms Bangalore-Kollam round trip in Feb, and then back too. Was real fun!
Before that did Bangalore Goa round trip (1400kms approx) in Dec-Jan.

My Solo single stretch (no halts):
Khuri (near Jaisalmer) to Noida - 1100 Kms

A real tiring drive with lotta time stuck in traffic jams & a blinding fog.

My Solo circuit:
Noida-Kalpa-Sangla-Sarahan-Manali-Rohtang-Noida: ~2k Kms

This was a beauty, one of my most memorable drives.

My solo drives have been between Bangalore and my hometown every weekend. Every week end I drive more than 400 KMS all-alone. In total I have driven more than 6000 KMS all alone. When ever I start my journey, I would be nervous while starting the journey and it takes few kilometres of driving to settle down. But one big disadvantage, there’s no one to talk to but there’s music to listen to all the time :-)

Bangalore to Coimbatore, back in year 2000 in my PAL Fiat 118 NE. Solo and non-stop, the battery was dead and if it stopped once, I would have had to pool in 2-3 people for 'dhakka start'.

Almost 1200 kms on a single day, from Kolhapur to Udaipur via Pune - Thane - Vasai - Vapi - Surat - Ahmedabad - Himmatnagar. I did this on 7th August, 2009. It was a nice experience and once I settled in, I was simply not feeling like stopping
