hmm, don't our people take it to 140-150 for a TD? 100-120 our standard TD guys do.

IT seems to be someone who got the road wrong, and rest the stock tyres did them in.

I've always wondered whether such a thing is possible and now i've seen the light.! !!

jayz : oh the guys even did a crash test..... now thats how you do a complete test drive.
And I thought only TBHP-ians take a car for Torture Drive. Who ever did this, sure beat us.

rippergeo : the test driver is usually made to pay in such situations.
Not if the car had insurance coverage.

But notice that the car did not have regular licence plate. It had a temp plate, and we know how good a temp plate is. It is very much possible that the car was a regular car, but used for test drives. If this incident had not happened, the car would have definitely been sold to somebody.

OMG! Very sad! It is good that the persons in the car survived with injuries. It will be good if we get the details as to why the incident happened? I guess it mostly will be due to negiligent driving.

@Prince
Can you get the details from the dealer as to why it happened??

Looks like someone was so irritated by the looks of the DZire, he decided to drown it.

SUZUKI DZIRE- Takes a dip in Mangalore-daya_0408_test12.jpg

well.. couple of things - the car cabin still seems to be in place. considering the car was upside down in the water, it must have been going quite fast and flipped. the right side seems smashed, but the A -pillar has held up.

also the front right wheel seems to be come off, so that must be the area of impact.

Also - the roof seems to have borne an impact.

I just hope the folks are fine- cause it seems to have been a bad crash!!!

must say - kudos to maruti -
now lets hear what happend from the driving folks!

guess you didn't get the point. Those are stickers & not paint.
The stickers can & will be removed before showing it to a prospective customer.

Pretty bad state,I just hope they dont re-furbish this car again and keep it for selling like 30% discount on the over-all cost, and wonder which lucky customer will have this

Hey guys, Was this Test Drive or Test Dive?
Poor Dzire looks really watered down. I think people drive the test drive vehicles recklessly, just because it not their own car
