That unlucky night

I love my car, but now it's all screwed up.

I can not write much as i can not use my right hand.

on 18th sep 2009 it was raining cats and dogs in blore. Suddenly idea came to my mind lets go somewhere. called up friends and 2 of them agreed. place was decided by 12Am and it's goa.

By 12:30 we left Blore and it was raining continuously. I was mainitaining good speed and Tyre grip was pretty good. In good roads i was doing around 130-140 with occassional 160KPH.

But sometime you run out of luck and that's what happened, the unexpected

How did this happen? Hope every one is safe.

SS-Traveller 22nd September 2009 02:07

That's a bad crash! What happened - you got sideswiped by an oncoming truck?

fiery enzyme 22nd September 2009 03:06

I can see out of all your vehicles, you liked the Baleno is the best. Ithat is the only car I see in your profle pictures.

I'm very sorry for your bad luck, hope all of them are safe.

Edsel Rulez! 22nd September 2009 03:12

Past midnight, it was raining cats and dogs, and you were doing 130-140 with occasional bursts of 160 kph? No condolences.

Nitin 22nd September 2009 03:19

Not a wise thing to do,and looks like you paid the price! Sorry for you, buddy!
Hope you heal soon.

mohit 22nd September 2009 04:17

whoa! Hope you get better soon but as Nitin said, not a wise thing to speed on a rainy night.

phamilyman 22nd September 2009 05:32

screw the car - how are you? the driver side has taken a solid impact. I hope all are fine and minimal injuries!

prince_pervez 22nd September 2009 07:56

@akas_chauhan,man that is bad. Hope you all get well soon. Where did this happen exactly? And how did it happen ? What about the passengers ?

rr_zen 22nd September 2009 09:23

Thats a bad crash ! So very unfortunate. Hope you recover soon. Can you narrate how this accident happened ?

prince_pervez 22nd September 2009 09:33

From the picture it seems there was no frontal or rear impact. Either something hit them from the sides or the car skidded to bang some railing.

here is other story.

Accident Spot:
40 km from Shimoga there is a place called Kumshi.
We croseed Kumshi at around 5:30 AM on 19th sep 2009. I think speed around 100-110 KPH when this accident happened.

What i recall is everything was OK, and next moment i knew car is Skidding and toppled on Right side, then skidded on the road, got up on wheels rotated 360 degree 2-3 times hit a tree , then a 180 degree rotation and complete stop.

First ting i did was switch off the ignition. then i hold my hand i knew something broken.

i can't write much.

110 - 160 KMPH on Indian Roads.
You thank your lucky stars man.

I have driven for 20 yrs but
doing doing >110KMPH on these
roads is a sure ticket for disaster.
How can ONE not see this ? Hope you
care enough about yourself in
