Rules do get flouted often.

Customs would need to prove misuse!
6 months is the initial limit, you can apply for extension in the 5th month and limit becomes 8 months. You can further extend the 8 month limit in the name of repairs, but AFAIK, the car needs to be locked in a garage.

And ofcourse, you can flout rules. The Aventador left India in May 2013, is still outside India (being repaired) and will be back after June. I wonder how a car being repaired will take part in Gumball

Is that a stock exhaust on the aventador? Didnt think the stock Aventador would be so happy to spit flames?! Quite a show for the spectators.

Yep she is bone stock. Stock Avents spit flames when on the right fuel, 100 Octane in this case.

You sure about that? Those are fairly large flames.

I'd imagine there's gotta be some sort of regulations that prevent this?? (Else someone is gonna burn down their house whilst revving in the garage and then sue Lamborghini).

Yes, stock Aventadors can spit pretty epic flames if the pipes are hot enough. There's actually a video of the '555' Chennai Aventador spitting flames doing rounds on Facebook.

Here, see for yourself.

My friends got their 458's out on their own. The F12 can also be brought out the same way and my friend would be more than happy to help.

My bad.
This is what I heard, that F12s had some homologation issue plus the dealership issue.
So the F12 in Goa?
