I think i spotted the same gallardo yest night in indira nagar. damn bangy is sure rocking

Just had a 10 minute encounter with the orange Gallardo Spyder. Old guy driving it. Was looking for parking at Sunny's on Lavelle road. I ran behind teh car. Saw him park the car in front of Sunny's. He blipped the throttle once before turning it off.

Then he pressed a button, the whole engine bay in the rear lifted up, the soft top roof came up and the engine bay closed.

He got out of the car and walked into Sunny's. Immediately thereafter there was a traffic jam. People were stopping to take pics. Bystanders watched in awe. People were standing in teh middle of the road taking pics.

An awesome sight.

...That must have been the look on everyone's face. I hope no one dared walking up to the car and touching it. I've seen tonnes of people,educated and street urchins alike, who prefer to touch a car(read :imported). They see it alright, but I guess they need to touch it to make sure its not an illusion.
Hate it when they do it..

I really hope someone's able to get pics of the R8 and the other ferrari/lambo in broad daylight.

nitin the R8 and the FERRARI F430 both were lifted from someones picture gallery in flicker.com. they were in dubai and not bangalore.

Since there were reports of the R8 in B'lore, I was hoping to see some good pics of it on the streets..

this was the same R8 speed kills was mentioning about being on the streets of bangalore. sorry for the dissappointment nitin. i think it would be along wait.

Damn, I reached 10 mins later then. It was a hilarious sight to see all the bangaloreans gaping at it on the street.

Man how can you park your lambo on the street and step inside a restaurant for a meal. I would never do it.

Sam initially you are hesitant and then you get used to it and start treating the car as a car and not a peice of art.
