Ravi saar [Rsudarsanan] is the chief, who plans and executes the show. He will be better placed to decide. We will be reaching on 27th noon and some of us will be leaving 29th early morning to cover Udupi.

Shiradi ghat is available for journey from a long ago, back with its full glory along with concrete roads

Samurai May 29 is a sunday, 2016 at least. Guess you were looking at a different month.

May 28 is a working day for most of us, as of now May 29 is occupied on my schedule. If something gets cancelled shall give a call.

29 May:
000 kms 11.00 am: Check-out and depart.
035 kms 11.45 - 12.00 pm: Maravanthe beach-river photo shoot
055 kms 12.30 – 02.00 pm: Lunch @ Meridien Bay Resort Kundapur

How about we join them @ maravanthe beach. We can probably reach there around 11:00

we rendezvous on 29th at Maravanthe beach around 11 am, photo shoot [come rain or shine :-) ]
and then head for the cool environs of Meridien Bay Resort Kundapur
for some banter over lunch

till 2.00 pm, the scheduled departure time .

Arranged buffet lunch: Rs. 555/- per head

Just don't drive your cars into the sand. The beach there is notorious for sinking. Rescuing sunk cars for a fee is a cottage industry around there.
