I just had a chat with SILVERWOOD (Waseem). The timelines will be like this :

- Initial meeting point is at NICE road exit on Mysore road, at 7 AM.
For the benefit of those who are unfamiliar with the route - here is the initial meeting point marked on google maps. All you need to do is enter Point A and you are good to go -

- We will all wait for half an hour for everyone to catch up from the rest of the city. We should depart from the initial meeting point latest by 7.30 AM. Whoever is left out can catch up with us at Bidadi for breakfast, if at all they are joining.

- We reach the Thatte idli shops by 8-8.15 AM for breakfast. We can finish breakfast in another 30-45 minutes and then proceed to Speedway. I will pay the shops a visit on Saturday and give one of them a heads-up about our group size.

- Reach Speedway by 9.30AM, and spend the next 3-4 hours at go-karting and off-roading. I have requested them to be well equipped with cold drinks and mineral water for our group, plus provide us with dedicated karts and ATVs while we are there. No sharing the track with strangers and all that.

- After the event (and a customary BHP photoshoot ) those who have other commitments and want to leave early, can do so. The rest of us will move to Taj Paradise (very close to Speedway) for lunch.

- Lunch is being coordinated by Waseem, and he will be putting up the menu details later today.
