It is on Mysore road, roughly 40 km from the city, right after Ramanagaram town.

Sample route from NICE road - Bannerghatta road junction:

You may have to change your point A to Yelahanka and you are good to go!

I will call Speedway some time tomorrow and try to reserve the morning for our group there next Sunday. More updates on that when I get in touch with them.

Most of the karting places have those dual seat karts for taking family members (no restrictions). For regular single seat karts, I think the age restriction is usually 14+ in other places; should be the same here too.

Since we need to make sure everyone is accommodated into at least 1 chance at karting AND ATV off-roading, I strongly suggest Saturday as a better day for this event. On Sunday the place will be very crowded and I would not want a few BHPians not getting a chance, etc due to delays. We'll make it 6th this time.

Updating the venue, date and time:

Place : Speedway karting and ATV off-roading, Ramanagaram, Mysore road (landmark : opposite Janapada Loka and Kamat Lokaruchi, just before Kanva reservoir arch)

Distance : ~50km from NICE road - Mysore road intersection

Date : 6th April, Saturday.

Time : will update soon after checking with them on what time they open.

Plan : We can have breakfast at Bidadi (famous for thatte idli joints on the highway) or at a proper restaurant (eg. Kadu Mane opposite Wonderla), and proceed for karting / ATV. Families and kids are welcome to join. After a customary photoshoot, we can head homewards by noon / lunch. Of course, those who want to include lunch in the plan can always stop at some place on the way back.

Karting / ATV ride prices : will check with them and update today on this thread.

Bookings : I will inform them about our approximate group number, and will try to reserve slots for our group (if they agree to do that)

Bangy guys run on TST (Team-bhp Standard Time), so the standards of 'quick' are different

Giving it some serious thought, with a 5.4m turning radius on a small karting track, are you sure?
