Guys,

I really think you out of towners should be addressing your accomodation on priority and decide which part of town you want to stay in. The Speed Run venue is approx 40 kms one way from Sion which in this case will be the central point.

@ Sam - Regards hosting the Guests lets take care of those issues like we always do. We shall discuss it when we meet next which should be pretty soon.

Anyone thinking about the POOR SOULS who are gonna be at the Speedrun venue the whole of saturday and then have to get up early and leave on sunday... Come on guyz.. Since when did we get so selfish...
SAM.. You have opted out anyways to come.. What about the rest who have to be at Khargar at 8.00am on Sunday...
You wanna make those guys miss all the fun...

OK guys, I'll take the initiative.

I am OK with the meet being on Sunday 18th feb - after you guys have finished burning up cars.
Spoke to our RT who thinks it's better too. If a few people agree, then we can:
Shift this meet to Sunday evening, 18th Feb. Aye?

I'm in for any dates & to keep it simple since there are so many guests are coming I think the Mumbai-guys should not be made to pay the whole tab (Basically I agree with Sam!!) I would also like to pay my own tab, don't know if I am considered a guest anymore though

How if someone is willing to sponsor me out of the goodness of their heart I am not going to refuse

actually its pretty close to the speed run venue....all the good hotels in the area are also near seawoods.

Saturday can be unofficial. Those friends that can meet, will meet anyways. But let's have the mega meet, with drinking and merry making on Sunday, 18th February.

Unh oh! Sunday I got a wedding to go to. Even Saturday actually, but am avoiding that one. And no, it's not mine.

Still, shall figure out the wedding scene once the TBHP meet's finalized.

Any chance of postponing the Speedrun till the end of Feb? Rtech? 2L8? Guys? Please...?

I'd prefer Sunday for the MEGA meet as aside from assisting with the organisation, I plan on entering with my bike as well.

Elf...I'd love to change the dates of the speedrun for you, but frankly, I couldn't care less about your schedule of weddings. ahahaha!
