Including yourself. Convey my regards to your LB.

Read back a few posts, we have already started the Yercaud Bhavan - YBT-0111 meet discussions.

Gansan, if you cannot get your vehicle, you can always manage to get a seat in another BHPians' car. So, please do not use that as an excuse. We do that all the time.

John, am testing the server and its seems to be fine . How about horsley hills ? This place is empty all the time and I guess about the same distance as Yercaud. We could go to another state to enjoy more privileges.

Don't worry, Green Meadows is long before the "real" road begins!

That would be nice.

Feeling a bit guilty for you guys having taken up my Vasantha Bhavan suggestion, and not turning up --- but then, I did not suggest 8.00am

I'm a regular there, both with my wife and with groups of five or six people. It is not noisy or overcrowded (there is an AC room too, which you guys didn't use) and they are relaxed about moving tables and sitting around.

John, as and when I do make it to an outstation meet, I will have to hitch a drive with someone and share the expense anyway, unless you guys are OK with speeds of 80 - 90 KMPH! There is no way I can attain or maintain the speeds you guys are talking about in my Alto. And I will not demand to take the wheel, will be content to sit and enjoy the high speed drive! But it should be a "same day return" trip.

Believe me, when I said budget, I did not mean the petrol alone.

Gansan, a big priority of a TBHP meet is that we should all be alive at the end of the journey to actually meet. So while we guys do drive fast, we will not push the limits and try to kill ourselves (at least I dont, I dont want to speak for everyone here, though I assume that this applies to everyone? If not then ).

Secondly, we will all want to make sure that we have enough money to fill fuel to get back to Chennai, so it definitely wont be an over the top budget of any kind, cause your not the only one under constraint.

I'm sure we can come up with an economical yet fun filled plan, that satisfies everyone. So first things first, lets decide the date and venue for both the inter city meet and the outer city meet.

I think inter city meet was decided for the diwali weekend right? Venue to be finalized.
And I am in for the yercaud trip. I think John is too. Who else is ready for that?

I'm not in town on the 17th/18th and 24th/25th weekends.

Should be game for anything else on any other dates.
