I'll be coming from Orcha to Delhi by Taxi with wife and older kid, the younger one will be left home with in-laws. I'll be put up in some South Delhi or Noida hotel for two night before joining up with Tanveer for the jaisalmer trip.

So, we do have two nights in Delhi to meet the local boys.

Samurai... The second night you will have to sleep early, since we leave at 4am
So you have just one night.
However on the day before our trip, a lunch meat can be organized.
Now how many people can bunk from office on a workday afternoon, thats the question.

I was talking about the winding up - start will be around 7.30 pm I guess.

Other option is that they drive out straight to Jaisalmer after the meet on 8th early morning - I think that's the best solution, what say?

Ok, if you guys are planning to have a meet in the start of Oct, see if we can have one in the last week of oct (25 to be precise) or on 1st/2nd Nov. I will be Delhi/NCR duting these dates. Memories of the last meet are still fresh in my head.

I can surely bunk the office, the only thing is i m a Veggie so no meat for me
