Rahul, thanks for the invite. I wont be able to make it as there is a relative's house warming which is scheduled for the decided weekend, and i would be helping out with it.

This is my first post here as a newbie & i'd love to come on a saturday ideally if not then sunday's fine too. Would love to know team-bhpians from bangalore first hand too. I have a bike too so if my wifey n kids don't join in will be riding to the place..

I will be driving for this meet. I have brought my Zen from cochin. Put off my plans to buy a new car for the timebeing

I'm off to Coorg on Dec 25th till Dec 28th. So thats a different drive for me

Thought this would be a good way to get in touch with Bangy t-bhp guys

The number of folks and rides turning up looks quite good @least till now. Well! The last minute drop outs is unavoidable, but still I feel it will be a good gathering. So Rahul any updates on the total number of folks and rides coming for the meet?

I have got about 12-15 confirmations via SMS till now. The resort guys will call me by tomorrow with all the details. Shall put up the final plan by 27th evening.

Anytime before the 5th will do Hari. Yes, by 27th evening a complete itinerary shall be put up. Keep watching this thread.

Guys, we will be taking a call on the date by 27th evening. Mostly, it looks like its going to be Saturday the 6th.

Spoke to the resort guys, a buffet lunch shall be arranged.

Cost per person : Rs 300 veg & non-veg.

For those wanting alcohol only chilled KF shall be supplied @ 80-90 bucks a bottle. Rates will be decided on that day. For those who want hard liquor can bring their own. Please do realize that most of these resorts dont have legal permits to stock alcohol. So all members need to be specific as to how many bottles of KF they need. The KF's will have to be picked up from a nearby town that is at the foot of the hill and I will need to make an advance payment (50%) to the resort guys by the 2nd of Dec.

We shall be having a conference room all to ourselves. The resort has plenty of parking area for our cars too.

Vikram, I shall take a head count on that by tomorrow. Leaving out those members who have chosen both the days, I shall count the rest of them and the day that has the most participating shall be chosen. Also another factor to keep in mind is that which of the two days would the traffic be less on the GQ?

Besides, I guess if we really want to make it for the drive we need to find a way to get there on any day chosen. You might want it on a Sunday, whereas many others want it on a Saturday. Its tough to please all. So I request all the members to try their sincere best to move things around and try to make it on any day thats chosen.

@ Amit, the KF is bangy certified. Don't worry

First post. First trip with the Team. Have done Bangalore Chennai 3 times this year on the same road. Looking forward for this trip. I can make it on Saturday. If Sunday wins the poll, all of you enjoy as I am off to Delhi. Probably next time.
