I am surprised to see that my post is taken seriously - rather shocked!! I was just pulling your leg by mentioning the list of stupid arrangements and commenting on others post. I understand how difficult it is to take care of a meet and it is impossible to satisfy everyone. Lesson learnt - I should be more careful when posting here, especially when discussions about a mere Rs 50 extra is happening.

Total Rs.2800/- [This is in the paper I noted and handed over]

Then I remember the following paying when we were coming down
Hari - 300

Total 1400/-

Then again I collected/watching people giving the below

Khan - 100
Hrag - 300 (hrag + iceman)
Venkat - 300
Hari - 100
Condor - 100
Shiva - 150
Mjothi 100

Total 1150/-

Totally 2800 + 1400 + 1150 = 5350 from the members.

Guys, Did I miss anyone in here? if so, please put it up.

Akroy, that is the exact amount I paid which is 650/-. 500 at the beginning and 150 was collected at the end.

I think, to eliminate any further confusion, it would be better that one people handle this. Since you already have all money with you, let guys send PM with their bank details to you, or get it from you when they meet next.
