Thanks for giving the verdict. I do have a problem, and will keep this in mind.

I also duly noted it is entirely my problem.

I thought the meets are supposed to be inclusive.

One of the failure on 28 Feb meet (refer http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/team-b...et-report.html), in my opinion was I could not capture the data to segregate the cost for food and 'non-food' items (I was depending on somebody to do it, who arrived late). I really felt awkward to collect money from people which was disproportionate.
