I can sense a suspense filled,heart-wrenching triangle love story between you three. I recommend that we devise a way between you and himanshu to see who wins Rajesh ( maybe a sprint race, sing a love song, best hug and caress and best..i can go on and on)
Hmm.....did i mention that I am a brown belt in Karate. After all these years, My training may finally be put to some use.

Avi, good that you have not put up my name. (I guess you are aware that I work on Saturday too).

BTW folks something shaping up for the June end or July first week, meet at my farm house( roughly it would be a week or 10 days after the monsoon sets in).

If the rains get delayed in Nalgonda, we shall go ahead with Laknavaram. If we are doing Laknavaram, it should be overnight. Also I would like to know how many are up for it so that I can talk to my uncle whether so many people can be accommodated.

Also if it is going to be Nalgonda, I would suggest overnight. I promise you guys, it would be one awesome stay overnight at our farm house. But unfortunately I can not provide accommodation if families come along.

Have a blast guys.

Raj.

Raj..Thanks for so many permutations and Combinations. This is a harbinger for confusion-
June or July,
Laknavaram or Nalgonda,
Rain or shine,
Day or night,
Accomodation or no accomodation,
Family or no family,
finally.... Aunty or uncle.

Rajesh and Himanshu bhai,

Be very afraid. I may not have a belt but I am a great follower of Ric Flair's style of wrestling (cheap blows et al ).

I propose a Tables, ladders and chairs tag team match

Let the mansoon set in, we can plan accordingly.

OK, how about this one?

If the rain gets delayed, we can first go to Laknavaram and after the rain(in Nalgonda), lets decide on Nalgonda.

Some of you might be thinking about what Nalgonda is to do with the rains.

Every year around this time, we have a ceremony(pandaga = festival) before the reaping of the fruits(sweet lime known as Mausambi). A goat/sheep/pottel is sacrificed and celebrated(any blue cross members around, please excuse me). The sacrificed goat is made into mutton curry which will find a place in the tummies of the friends and the laborers working in the farm . Normally the reaping starts after the rains. As the rain water brings in nutrients to the plants, the quality of the fruits is enhanced and also the water content(juice) is increased.

On the accomodation front, our farm house is 1BHK, so if families are accompanied, accomodation will be difficult.

I hope I have cleared some doubts here. Some more will be cleared with time.

A tentative agenda

Nalgonda-120km

1. Go there on saturday evening(by 7:00).
2. Chill out in the evening with good food.
3. Morning we can go out for a walk / trek / off roading.
4. Lunch(11:00 to 3:00).
5. Start back around 3:30 or 4:00.

or Warangal-220km

1. Again go there on saturday evening.
2. Chill out in the evening with good food.
3. Morning - Sight seeing (Laknavaram lake).
4. Lunch.
5. 4:00 - head back.

June meets thread

I see that we have (as usual) jumped ahead and are seriously talking about meets in the month of June. I have started a thread for that purpose as this one has already crossed a dozen pages.

Here is the link: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/team-b...ml#post1322263

Lol Ram, take it easy or, at least warn us in advance. I think I have busted some internals from laughing so much.

Cheers,

P.S. Seems like I have to go to Madras this weekend so I might not be able to make it. I also have to be in Vijayawada on 3rd (next week) I plan to leave here on 2nd and return on 4th morning. Anyone interested in a drive?

Cheers again,

Just an idea that struck me, It would be nice if someone can summarize ( point-wise) how many meets we actually had in May'09, would be great as an archive or reference point in future.

I know, its hard work, bringing both memory and browsing skills into play but, i am sure it will be worth it.

This summary can include drive, mini, impromptu, offline and any other type of meets that we've had in May'09. It would be nice if this summary is posted by this sunday ( May 31st) and we can probably continue with this tradition every last day of the month.

Now now dont think i am looking for any metrics or analytical data to sell, i am not in that business.

Pulsar56, can we bank on you to do this honour

You gave me the simplest job!
1. Pragati resorts meet
2. Some impromptu meet (Ravvs & myself tried to recall when & where it was, but we could not succeed! )
3. The largest dinner meet - Fortune Katriya meet!
4. 'Ultra Mini' Meet! (Got this term while discussing what UMD meant for the PSP!)

Our Satyam Chai bandi meet was in April or May?

You will have to keep refreshing the meet thread every minute to keep track!

The meet is definitely on and the date and time are fixed.

As regards teh venue, if the total participants are around a dozen, then we go to Rajinder Dhaba in Shamirpet, since anything more and his staff struggle with getting food on time.

IF the number is around 15 or more, then we will have to consider an alternative venue in the city, since the service factor for such a large group will be an issue at most dhabas.

Keep a lookout for an update on this from me or Avi.
