closing ceremony was the most boring man ,specially the south african president speech.(woh bunda set tha 100%)

i have never supported even our national team with so much passion folks!

. It was terribly boring including the lacklustre performance by Akon. SA President was just selling his country with his marketing laden speech.

you know akon should stop jumping around in the crowd ,once in mumbai he had performed in some channel v concert ,so after the first song on the stage our man decides to dive into the crowd. next morning the newspapers put headlines saying' someone in the crowd flicked his expensive watch'.hehehee

For the first time I saw a complete IPL match and cheered for DC.It was a good ending and most unattractive closing ceremony.
Agreed that Jacob Zuma fresh from his election win was selling SA for all the possible tourism and sporting events...FIFA world cup is next big thing there in 2010.

The match was spectacular!
Jacob Zuma put most of us to sleep---even Giani Zail Singh's speeches were better

The only thing that helped me stay awake through the Jacob Zuma speech was the hope of watching Katrina Kaif afterwards

Was trying to picture Hon'ble Pratibha Patil do the same honours at IPL III. Make for a funny thought

Was a little disheartening though to see youngsters like Rohit Sharma not having the decency to take off his cap when shaking hands with a head of a state.

Guys, I'm knackered from the heat and what not after the Warangal Drive , so I've refrained from adding quotes and info.Apologie for this.

Fri : T-Bhp meet
Sat 7am: Drive to Warangal
Sun : Ramappa Village
Mon : test drive of Palio , Indica Vista , Ikon , Verna , I20 and Fiesta .

Being out in the scorching sun over the past 3 days has me drained!
