My weather app says its going to be Max : 28, Min : 22 and 0.2mm of rain. So it's not bad at all.

Excellent! If a few more bikes join, we'll have to change the name from TBHP Drive Meet to TBHP "RIDE" Meet.

Btw, a few points to remember to all confirmed folks :-

1. PLEASE be on time. Plan is to start rolling from the converged meeting point at sharp 9:00AM. Late comers will have to catch up with others on the highway

2. Have your breakfast before reaching the MP. There is no place to eat breakfast till you reach NSD

3. Needless to say, do come armed with camera. Lot of photo opps

No one enforces the ban. It may start in earnest after the toll collection begins.

Personally I see no reason to discriminate against bikes.

Ya, I have seen cops enforcing this at will. Luckily they never stopped me whenever I took this road (maybe 1-2 times) to Gandipet.

Starting from Lifestyle, take U-Turn and go on Begumpet Road to Secunderabad side and continue to Uppal and still further to L B Nagar Junction on NH 9.

At L B Nagar Junction, continue straight (do not turn left for Vijayawada on N H 9) for another maybe half a kilometre or so and turn left, you are on Nagarjuna Sagar Highway, called Sagar Highway.

Continue on the road till you cross ORR using the underpass with its clover shaped flyover and you are at MP#2.

The above will be around 35 km.

If you go via Abids-Malakpet route, the distance is 30 km or so but you have to go through the crowded city traffic.

On the return, you will be better off if you use the ORR till Gachibowli and then Madhapur - Jubilee Hills route. This will be around 65 km but will save you time and give you the pleasure of a nice drive on ORR.

Thanks for the information. Tarnaka route seems best for the morning. But ORR route also looks pretty tempting, especially in the morning.
