I agree somewhat...last time on racing my BSIII Baleno engine while it ws parked a lot of Junk (rust pieces/water / mud) came out of the silencer and of late my silncer developed a rattle at idle... the A.S.S tell me that it is a cat convertor problem and they will replace it next week under warranty

Maruti guys are still posting newspaper ads quoting 94 bhp for baleno.

I am sure that this would be illegal.

In which gear ?
I think you should get it lower down .. but then definitions/perceptions of 'pull' may vary from person to person

Now the fact being that Maruti has advertised 94 bhp.

The question is will this be classified as 'illegal' or 'unethical' ?

Are the new Balenos any heavier than the older ones? That might explain why they're not so fast.

.... i haven't approached M.A.S.S so looking forward for you comments on this....

I had asked this question to MASS as well as asked this query on their website...this is what i was told.

climate control required two sensors to be added, on in the far end of the dash board, other 'some where' inside the cabin. Then there is lot of wiring required. That is why it cannot be added on.

They had already told me that a 'rear defogger' cannot be added into Lxi, no wonder they say 'climate control' cannot be added.
