Issues in Mahindra Logan

Folks

My friend has a Mahindra Logan, 1.5dci Diesel engine and he has observed the following issues:

1. After driving some kilometers- temperature light is on and the engine stalls.
2. Air bubbles are seen in diesel fuel line between Fuel filter and pump. Is this normal

Need your expert advise on the above 2 issues.

You will need to visit service center. Seems to be either coolant issue or some sensor
For air bubbles issue - if there is no issue seen during driving..dont worry

That's cheaper than a 2 wheeler shock absorber.
Word of caution:
If it's a old stock clearance sale, better to avoid. Oil seal may fail very sooner.
