My 2014 Amaze i-Dtec showed a PGM-FI error today. My car has done 1.45L kms & probably this is the first time I'm seeing an error in a decade. On Honda's website they've explained this error as a problem with the engine control system. The car was crawling in traffic today morning for a good 9kms (slightly more than usual) & later filled up diesel not from my usual pump. So this is the only difference which I can think of. There's no difference in acceleration or pickup.

Once again my more than a decade old Amaze i-Dtec showed a PGM-FI error on the dash. Only difference was that the car hasn't been used much this whole month except for short distances & tank being half full. It was a very jerky ride with some vibration & more noise, so I filled up the tank the vibrations drastically reduced & the PGM-FI error disappeared after about an hour. The Honda ASS also isn't exactly able to help much & unable to diagnose what exactly the issue is.
