The steering mounted controls are back lit. Great. Why can't Maruti understand something so simple?!

Even the power window switches in the SX4 are not back lit!

Can any Linea owner tell me if the electric mirror adjust knob is also back lit?

Those are amazing pics of linea at night !! Never seen any till now.
I actually wasn't very impressed with the day view of the console. (the silver & orange doesn't look striking). But the night view more than makes up for it.

Many thanks for giving a preview.

Have you kept the same seat covers or got the new ones? Can you post some pics of Seat Covers?

Hey luky how many B'lore based Linea owners do we have on the forum? I am aware of 4 - you, opendra, rajgopal and myself.

BTW hows the car doing? Any reviews coming up soon?

Hi there, not sure how many others are there. We could plan a Linea owners meet in namma Bengaluru. My linea's clocked a little more than 8000, gearing up for the 10K review. No major issues so far, small ones were neatly ironed out by concorde.

Yep we should plan a meet or short drive. Not sure if you can put up a model specific meet post. It's not encouraged. But we could definitely plan one. Would be interesting. 8k and going strong not bad at all.a 10k review make a good read.

10K/4 months ownership review

My Linea, clocked 10,000 KMS last week (50kms short of 11K now) in 4 months.

Happy with:-
1. FE, getting 18~21 on highways. 14~16 in city.
2. Performance and its getting noticably smoother with every km.
3. Torque, made a trip to ooty last week and it was a breeze to climb the ghat section.
4. FIAT A.S.S. response.
5. Blue & Me, this is a life saver.
6. Material quality. A scooter skid and hit the car, scratched the rear left. Sitting in the car i could hear the loud noise. Initital thoughts maybe 4~5 grand for dent removal/paint. Checked, just one small scratch. Got a sander and polished it, invisible now.
7. Boot space, loads of it.

Not happy with:-
1. Small squeaks from the rear, have another 4K before the 2nd service. Lets see if Concorde motors can sort out all the squeaks.
2. Rear seat comfort (came with the car). Although my son never complains.
3. Road clearance, something that most C/D segment cars are not good with.
4. People staring at the car, peeping in. Not sure if FIAT can help me there.

PS- Not sure how to change the thread title ! Help appreciated.

congrats dude ... seems to be having fun with Linea.

reg squeaks at the rear, these are the 2 issues:
1. The rear-sunblind (it kind of moves and makes a sound)
2. The cheapo rear-parcel shelf.

Unfortunately, the TASS guys are saying we can't do anything about it.
I asked them to try to put extra foam etc below the rear-shelf, but they tried to scare me by saying "Recently we did this to a customer and now more rattles. So better don't touch it sir".

Congrats Luky,
You are the first one crossed 10K mark in Linea MJD.
Good FE too.
I am in 6+K mark only.
Enjoy and Ride Safely

You are right, I am having fun and truckloads of it. Keep thinking if this is a 1.3, then how would a 1.6 MJD be!

I have checked the rattles, they are not from the sun blind or the parcel shelf. I can trace their origin below the rear seat. Can't reach out there to fix it, will get it checked at the next service.
