Service @ lightning speed

Just to give everyone a taste of FIAT service. The ABS warning light started flashing on the console few days back with a message "ABS unavailable" when i was driving back from Ooty. I thought it might be due to the downhill drive as it overheats the brakes due to excessive braking, by the time i crossed mysore the lights had gone. I assumed that was because the brakes had cooled down.

On sunday morning again the ABS message and light started flashing on the console. Today morning i called up Concorde motors - dairy circle at 0900 hrs took an appointment, reached at 0933 hrs. Contacted Mr. Jayaram, the service manager. By 1020 hrs the problem was sorted out and i was out of Concorde driving to my office. The error was due to a loose ABS sensor connection. This the second time in succession i have experienced Customer delight @ FIAT/TATA/Concorde.

Linea, now draped by Karlsson'

Read reviews from a few other team-bhp members and decided to go with Karlsson' (instead of Stanley). Met the guy who runs it (Sujith) on Friday, sounded convincing. He offered the same Scandinavian leather 1.5mm as Stanley offers but at a much lesser cost (28K, incl door panels and tax).

Got the car draped yesterday, it was quite professionaly done and i'm quite happy. In all ways its comparable to the job done on my swift by stanley. No regrets at all. Would recommend to all other tbhp members looking to get their cars done up in Bangalore (and sorrounding places). They are located at Indiranagar 100ft road behind Sony world.
