Forgot to say,

A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Going to get Scuff plates installed today, does it require special care so that i should get it done at service station or any after market guy can do it, as i do not want to do it myself (i do not want to spoil the plates, if anything goes wrong)

Suggest you go to Ford showroom and get this done, as the stickers can't be taken off and pasted again with the same reliability as the first time! All the best and happy new year to you and all Fiestains!

I saw a Logan with air deflectors today while comming to office. It did not look bad nor was it very attractive. I guess it might be because of the structure of logan. For me it was just okay types.
Here are few pictures of air deflectors on my Sxi....

I would hate a morello or black car with the chrome, but the white looks simply SUPERB!

Sachin I hope this will help fellow Bhpians to imagine how their fiestas will look and how do they find it.
You have a shining beauty - I must have lost track on the age of your car. Are you using some kind of polish? or is it the marble floor and the lights which is making it shine gracefully.

Thanks for the compliment. I had got it polished when it went for it's second service in the third week of December.

However, on a personal front I feel the paint work of Ford is far better than Maruti, Hyundai and Honda (have kept cars of these manufacturers for atleast couple of years). The paint work of my 5 1/5 year old Ikon is also in a very good gleaming condition, despite it having crossed 1 lac on odo.

Simply by keeping the car clean and getting it wax polished once in couple of months or getting it treated with the coating offered at Ford workshop will ensure that your's also a gleaming beauty

I polished my fiesta yesterday with the Cream polish of pidilite,
one more thing to add,the air pressure in the left rear tyre got deflated today, checked with the puncture shop, he filled the air, and it seems to be OK now.
Wonder how come the tyre got deflated when i got the air checked day before yesterday,

have you got it checked for any puncture by immersing the tyre in water? If not, then do get it checked as the air escapes from tubeless tyre pretty slowly.

Also, do get the valve checked for any leakages.

Possibly there may be slight air leakage from the valves?
or its somebody (may be children around) purposily deflating? (where do you park the car - is there childrens playing around? - I have seen couple of cases where childrens were culprits?)

there was no problem as such, i got it checked through water as well, but no reason found, got the tyre filled again with 32 ps and it is working fine till now.
