Fuel Efficiency Details

So far I have filled the tank 3 times (capacity is 57ltrs).
First time it was Speed and got an FE of 8.6.
Second time filled Xtra Premium and FE has gone up to 9.7.
Both are with 50%AC and some amount of aggressive driving.

Currently running on Speed again. I am going to try more sedate driving this time.

Hey Siva, a small query. I know this car has all 4 power windows... The spec sheet says "One touch". Is it one touch for all 4 windows or only for the driver's side?

Even better feature is that you can close or open windows (all together) any time from remote key. If you keep pressing the 'open' button, windows come down and pressing the 'colse' button continuously make windows go up.

And you can change this setting to Automatic windows (using Vag-Com). With that activated, you need to press the Lock (unlock) button for a second after which the window rolls up (down) and you can release the button.
The current setting will require you to hold the lock (unlock) button until the window rolls up (down) completely.

You can find more details here:
(1) Ross-Tech VCDS
(2) Vag-Com on a Laura
Just google Vag-Com and you'll find tons of info.

Warning sound

I am some times getting this warning Bell sound from my car . As advised by dealer, checked all possible causes (seat belt, doors not closed etc) but everything seems to bel just fine. Again there is no warning lights/symbols displayed.
Any suggestions from fellow Laura owners would be appreciated.

The new Laura does not have seat belt warning. So no chance of that. As Berj said, it could well be the speed limit warning. You may have accidentally set speed limiter to a small value like 30 kmph. But AFAIK it displays speed limit value on the MFD with the acoustic signal.
You can check this by bringing the car to a halt or a speed less than 30 kmph whenever you hear the warning sound. The sound should stop when speed falls below 30 kmph.
