While at the shop, i found one guy interested in buying my tyres and alloys, so quoted him total price of Rs.10K for 4 alloys and 5 tyres ( 35K kms done). He is darn interested to take them.

HR or Plati ( Black and Silver Finish) quoted 12K but i am going to pay him 11.5K for a set of 4 alloys.

5 Michelin Tyres ( 195/60/R14) : Rs.20,500
4 Alloys : Rs.11,500

A) Total : Rs. 32,000

B) Buyback : Rs.10,000

Effect Spend : Rs. 22,000
Isn't that a good deal?
Add to this same XM1+ in 185/60/14 for my ride + 5 rims.

and with Avi by my side whilst bargaining, i think Ritesh is going to give you an even sweeter deal. Avi - The Scrooge with Birbal's skills , lol

I like to shod them on the car and decide since isolated and hooked up to the car seem two different things to me.

Will be getting them changed tonight, will post pictures soon.

Whew! What desperation and anxiousness, never felt such a thing even when i was writing my M.B.A exam.

Finally, the last few days sleeplessness has come to a conclusive and successful end.

Me and Absynthguzzler got our cars shodded with Michelin XM1+ this evening along with some jazzy alloys and got an awesome deal.

Pictures and initial report will come soon

on my side , 5 XM1+ along with rims worked out - Rs 6390 each
Discount that with 2500 for old steel rims and tyres.185/65/14 was Rs3,650 and 185/60/14 was 4300, Ive gone for the former so lets see what difference the extra 1.4inches in ride height would do to the NHC. Miata is showing -2.2% error in speed and a whole 20 revolutions less/mile!!.No wonder this tyre will feel like its lasted longer for me, lol

Avi got 4 rims for 11k , 5 tyres at 4000 each and 10k discount on his old set.but this is in addition to his steel rims being given away at 500 each as well. his are 195/65/14 if i remember right.

i think me figures are right.

Edit: Nitrogen for both free of cost

Car looking HOT, but I felt the prices were on the higher side man, I too have SC01 and 205 Sdrives on my Swift. S-Drives 4.2K a piece and I paid 24K for set of 5 Alloys.
Anyways, Car looks great and you are happy, Cheers

P.S: The 1st pic is the Lenso SC01 but what's on your ride isn't, the samurai series are costlier than the regular alloys.
