Is the Gear in the rear hub and does the front hub contain the dynamo? Does the bike have stainless steel spokes, and are the rims original or changed over the years?

Yes the rear hub is a 4 speed Dyno and the front hub is also a dyno hub
The rims and spokes are original only the rear mudgurad in changed and that too in 70's going by the monogram

The bicycle is sold and if the mods want to close this they can

I don't know, but sometime ago a Mini was offered at a very "reasonable" rate. The catch was that those who contacted were asked to deposit "earnest money" maybe 1L, "definitely" refundable if they don't end up buying the car, to view the car. So if he gets a few "bakras", he collects a small sum "meeting ke pehle". Price is "meeting ke bad", hopefully a meeting will ever take place.

As they said before, if it is too good to be true, normally it is.
