Initially thought of Berry Red being looking nice, but later my wifey did not like the color after seeing from a closeup. So landed on silver so that the maintenance would be low, in case of small scratches, which are common in Bangalore. Yet to update the sales person.

Also, I heard from the finance people, that SBI has a floating rate of interest, which can go up later. Need to decide upon the bank as HDFC is offering around 11.5 to 12% of interest, and SBI is 9.25(1st year), 10.25(2nd and 3rd year) and 11.25 for rest of the period.

Congratulations Indian ranger. Thats probably the first Fiesta Classic buying after the NFS was unveiled yesterday. I think there will be now more takers for the FFC since the prices are now affordable. BTW did you happen to see the NFS at the Lathangi?

I have a question. I always knew i20 asta came with alloy spare wheels. But today I noticed that they have started giving the steel wheel. Too bad and disappointing.

Bluetooth has become a default feature. All the current ASTA models come with BLUETOOTH now charging Rs.3000/- extra for that.

Thank you. There was no display at the showroom since it was being unveiled but the information they shared was that the delivery might start from July onwards.

The sales rep said he will transfer the booking to new Gen2 swift after its launch.
Like beejay mentioned, will wait for the launch till may end or June and see what Maruti offers in new swift in reality. I am expecting (though it may not happen) atleast this time, Maruti understands that they need to add more features to a car worth ~7 lacs considering the competition from Figo & i20.

If Maruti continues to sell a diesel car with only features like A/C & Power steering even in Gen2 swift, then i would reconsider the decision and go for a different car.

I hope Maruti guys, should put themselves in customer's shoes to alteast understand, for a car worth approx. 7 lacs, they should provide reasonable number of features. Not just a car with great engine with no features which is what is happening with current swift diesel models.
I 200% agree, DDis is one of the best in class peppier engine, but IMHO that alone is not suffice for one to buy/own a car, but its more than that in entirety.

@Pancham i20 gives an alloy wheel as the spare wheel. Atleast my i20 did have an alloy wheel as the spare.

Yes, thats correct Pancham. 5th spare wheel is going to be steel only and the dealer said, Hyundai is shipping cars like that for past 1 year !
