After months of impatient waiting for Seltos and the subsequent price shock (I blame my expectations), swinging to Honda City CVT, VW Polo GT TSI, Hyundai Creta 1.6 P Auto and for a short while toying with the idea of a pre -owned BMW X1, I finally zeroed in.

Call it whatever, I "HAD" to change my variant to VX CVT. As it happened, the eager SA took the booking for V-CVT from me without knowing the availability of the (variant-color) combination (I don't believe the SA being this naive), but I'm playing it cool but not before ruffling a few feathers at the showroom and getting in touch with the center head.

As it stands today, my booking has been changed to VX-CVT (GBM-Golden Brown Metallic) and I had to fork out a little more cash for it, You'll find below the details.

The vehicle is in stock and I have confirmed the VIN (August Manufactured and received at the stockyard in September) with 3 KM on the Odo.

I'd say if you have really decided on the Jazz, then stock availability could be an issue. From the information shared by the sales staff, Honda has been cutting back on the production of Jazz for some time (evident from the number of Jazz leaving the factory last month, around 600 Jazz came out in the last month. Whereas the Amaze is flying off the shelves)

But answering your question, expect the total discount in the region of 40-60K at least.

Partial Deja-vu moment. I went through something like this 6 months back. Had finalized on V- CVT but ended 2up getting exclusive edition for the leather seats, black alloys, black spoiler, door sill illumination & black side decals for just 20k extra over VX CVT. These small things added some character to the otherwise boring looks.

I would suggest if possible have a look at the exclusive edition. For the asking price the additions are actually a steal.

And 85k discount is great. I managed only 73k back in April earlier this year after super haggling

If you haven't got your answer yet, I recently bought the Jazz i-Vtec VX-MT in Chennai for an OTR of around 8.70L INR. The colour was golden brown metallic.

Thanks. We have been given an offer of 8.95 lakhs on road Mumbai with extended warranty of 5 years (total) + few accessories.

We have decided to wait till December / Jan 2020 and try to see if WRV VX MT (P) fits into our budget post year end discounts.

Congratulations on your purchase Though I never know or imagined that Venue costs almost 14 lakh on road even for the top variant. Cars are definitely getting costlier It is nice car still.

It was available in VX CVT and VX iDtec AFAIK & only in pearl white and red colour. Only manual iVtec VX didn't have it I guess.

Perforated Leather seats, black spoiler, black alloys, door sill illumination(with jazz branding) and black side decals. These are the extras over VX for 20k. Pretty good for the price IMO. Here's a pic of the same. Exterior additions are visible. Rest are inside.
