2021 Skoda Superb launched at Rs. 31.99 lakh

The Superb L&K and SportLine variants get a host of exterior and interior updates for 2021.

Skoda has updated the Superb for the 2021 model year. Both the SportLine and Laurin & Klement variants get numerous updates and are priced at Rs. 31.99 lakh and Rs. 34.99 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.

The refreshed Superb comes with new adaptive LED headlights that are equipped with LED daytime running lights. It has 'coming / leaving home' function as well as LED turn indicators. The adaptive lighting system has four modes - city, inter-city, motorway and rain. It has dynamic headlamp inclination control, headlamp swivelling and cornering functions.

The car comes with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit with inbuilt navigation. It has SmartLink, wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, USB Type C ports, Bluetooth and wireless charging.

The Laurin & Klement variant gets Piano Black trim with Stone Beige and Coffee Brown perforated leather upholstery. This variant also comes with a new 2-spoke steering wheel.

The SportLine gets carbon trim and a new 3-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with paddle shift. This variant gets black Alcantara Sports Seats with integrated headrests.

Both variants get a digital instrument cluster as standard. Other features include a 360-degree camera and Park Assist (L&K only).

The Superb is powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 188 BHP and 320 Nm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
