4,00,000th Tata Tiago rolls out of Sanand plant

The Tata Tiago is available in standard hatchback and NRG trims, while offering 14 different variants.

Tata Motors has achieved a new production milestone as the 4,00,000th Tiago rolled off the assembly line at Sanand, Gujarat. It is also the first Tata car to achieve this milestone.

The Tata Tiago was launched in 2016. Today, the car is available in standard hatchback and NRG trims, and in 14 different variants.

The Tata Tiago is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 85 BHP and 113 Nm. The engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.

Recently, Tata introduced the Tiago iCNG with a factory-fitted CNG kit. It uses the same 1.2-litre engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. When running on CNG, this motor develops 72 BHP and 95 Nm.
