Hero Xtreme 200R priced at Rs. 88,000

Hero MotoCorp has revealed the pricing for the Xtreme 200R. A single variant of the bike has been listed on the company's official website priced at Rs. 88,000 (ex-showroom). The bike is yet to be launched nationwide and is currently only available in West Bengal and the North Eastern states.

The Xtreme 200R was unveiled in February 2018. It is based on a diamond type chassis and measures 2,062 mm in length, 788 mm in width and 1,072 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 1,338 mm and the seat is set at a height of 795 mm. The bike weighs 148 kg (kerb weight) and has a 12.5-litre fuel tank.

The Xtreme 200R features eyebrow-shaped LED pilot lamps in the front and an LED tail light. The front cowl has a short screen and houses a digital instrument cluster with an analogue tachometer. It comes in dual-tone colour schemes with 'Xtreme' decals on the sides. The engine, crankcase, 17-inch alloy wheels as well as other cycle parts are finished in black. The bike rides on 37-mm telescopic front suspension and an adjustable monoshock in the rear.

Powering the Xtreme 200R is a 199.6 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 18.1 BHP @ 8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 17.1 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. Braking is handled by 276-mm and 220-mm discs in the front and rear respectively. It comes equipped with a single-channel ABS unit.

The Hero Xtreme 200R comes in 5 colour options - Heavy Grey with Orange, Black with Sports Red, Sports Red, Panther Black with Force Silver and Techno Blue.
