Honda launches Activa 3G at Rs. 48,852

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has launched the third-generation of the Activa 110 cc scooter. Dubber Activa 3G, it is priced at Rs. 48,852 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Activa 3G gets new side panels, 3D emblems, a new tail lamp and turn-indicators. The scooter continues to use the same 109.2 cc, sing-cylinder, air-cooled engine as the outgoing Activa. The engine produces 8 bhp @ 7500 rpm and 8.74 Nm of torque @ 5500 rpm that is transmitted to the rear wheel though a V-Matic automatic gearbox. The engine also features Honda Eco Technology (HET).

Other features include a maintenance free battery, Combined Braking System (CBS), tubeless tyres, full metal body and key lock shutter. The front and rear suspensions are carried over from the outgoing model.

The Activa 3G gets two new body colours - trance blue metallic and lusty red metallic. The scooter can also be bought in old shades such as geny grey metallic, black and pearl amazing white.
