Hyundai Elantra updated with more features

Hyundai has updated the Elantra with more features. The car now gets front parking sensors, emergency stop signal, wireless charging, sliding front armrest and AutoLink connectivity in the top-spec SX(O) AT variant.

The Hyundai Elantra is available with petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol motor is a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder unit that produces 151 BHP @ 6,200 rpm and 192 Nm of torque @ 4,000 rpm, while the diesel is a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder engine makes 127 BHP @ 4,000 rpm and 260 Nm of torque @ 1,900-2,750 rpm. Both engines are offered with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

Standard safety features offered in the car include ABS with EBD, hill start assist, driver and passenger side airbags. Additionally, side and curtain airbags are available in the SX(O) AT variant.
