Mahindra achieves 'Safer Choice' award for the XUV700

Mahindra has received the 'Safer Choice' award for the XUV700.

The XUV700 was given a 5-star safety rating by Global NCAP in November 2021. The SUV scored 16.03 points for adult occupant protection and 41.66 points for child safety. It had one of the highest combined occupant safety ratings of any car tested in the #SaferCarsForIndia campaign.

According to Global NCAP, Mahindra had voluntarily submitted the XUV700 for further testing, with the model meeting both pedestrian protection and ESC requirements.

The Safer Choice award is given to carmakers who achieve high levels of safety performance in tests conducted by Global NCAP.
