Mahindra to manufacture ventilators for Covid-19 patients

Mahindra has announced that it will start manufacturing ventilators for Covid-19 patients, as the pandemic appears to be entering the stage 3 of transmission in India.

Additionally, Mahindra Holidays will offer its resorts as temporary care facilities for Covid-19 patients.

The Mahindra Foundation will create a fund to assist small businesses and self employed persons in their value chain. Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra, has also decided to offer 100% his salary to the fund to deal with the Coronavirus crisis.
