Mahindra releases another teaser image of TUV300

Mahindra has released another teaser image of the upcoming TUV300. This time the steering wheel and a part of the instrument cluster of the car have been revealed.

The steering wheel of the car has contoured palm grips and houses controls for the audio system. There is a Mahindra logo at the centre and a U-shaped silver insert between the lower spokes.

The instrument cluster consists of a tachometer on the left and a speedometer on the right. Both dials are outlined in chrome. Previous images have shown that there is an MID between the two dials. Various warning lamps are located above the MID.

The image also reveals that the TUV300 gets a beige and black dashboard and the air conditioner vents have chrome bezels. The switch for adjusting the ORVMs is located at the right lower corner of the dashboard and the headlight levelling switch is to its right.

Previous images have revealed that the TUV300 will come in a 7-seater configuration. It will have a boxy design with swept back headlamps, a flat roof, a spare wheel mounted on the tail gate and vertically stacked tail lamp clusters. The vehicle will be powered by an mHawk diesel engine and is likely to available in manual transmission and automated manual transmission (AMT) versions.

Mahindra will launch the TUV300 in India on September 10, 2015.
